Huehuetenango

A bright, medium bodied coffee that takes roasts from light to very dark. At a light roast, it combines high, bright acidity with floral and peach notes, light chocolate aromatics and a smooth body. At darker roasts, tangy bittersweet chocolate notes dominate.
